We’re delighted to announce that Russell Poston has officially joined Beauchamp & Bird Ltd as our new Operations Manager.

With a strong background in operational leadership and a proven track record in delivering high standards across the commercial mechanical and plumbing sectors, Russell brings a wealth of experience and fresh perspective to our growing business. His role will focus on supporting the continued development of our internal operations, strengthening client relationships, and driving excellence across our engineering and project delivery teams.

Reflecting on his first week with the company, Russell shared:
