This project encompassed a comprehensive Design & Build process carried out by our expert technical team. The primary focus was on modernising and improving an outdated plant room, which involved replacing old and inefficient plant equipment. Our brief specifically required the removal of ageing cast iron boilers, which were replaced with state-of-the-art Vaillant condensing boilers configured in an advanced cascade system. This upgrade was designed to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.

In addition to the boilers, we installed a new 500-litre Vaillant unvented cylinder, which was paired with high-performance pumps and other cutting-edge equipment. These additions were intended to significantly enhance the overall efficiency of the system while also providing more precise control for both the system and its users.

The scope of the refurbishment extended far beyond the mechanical components. To create a modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing plantroom, we replaced the flooring, updated the lighting, and refreshed the room with new decoration. This was done to not only improve the workspace's functionality but also to ensure a more pleasant and safe working environment for anyone using the plantroom.

Furthermore, we installed a state-of-the-art gas detection system to improve safety within the plantroom. This system serves as a critical safeguard, protecting both the equipment and personnel by detecting potential gas leaks and preventing any possible accidents.

The project was completed successfully, delivering on all objectives outlined in the brief. We met all the goals set for the project while fully satisfying the client’s expectations, ensuring that the plantroom is now more efficient, safer, and better equipped for future use.
