We’re looking for a professional Plumber & Heating Engineer with strong experience in commercial and public sector work. You'll be part of a dedicated team responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across various sites in East Tilbury and surrounding areas.
The role involves everything from diagnosing faults and repairing systems to ensuring compliance with health and safety standards on site. You’ll attend pre-scheduled jobs with full office support and a reliable schedule. Expect variety — from small commercial units to larger public buildings, your skillset will be put to good use.
- Carrying out commercial plumbing and heating repairs
- Maintenance of water systems, cylinders, and heating controls
- Minor installations and pipework replacements
- Diagnosing faults and logging completed work
- Liaising with site managers and reporting on job progress
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing & Heating
- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial settings
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong awareness of on-site H&S procedures
- Gas Safe Registered (preferred)
