We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to lead on boiler installations, diagnostics, and ongoing maintenance within public buildings and commercial properties.
You’ll work independently or as part of a two-man team on planned and reactive works. Sites range from council buildings and schools to small retail outlets and community centres. We’re a safety-first company, so thorough reporting, neat workmanship, and client communication are key.
- Installation of commercial gas appliances and heating systems
- Servicing and breakdown response on boilers and plant rooms
- Safety inspections, gas checks, and compliance documentation
- Interaction with facility managers and site teams
- Reporting job progress through mobile app or job sheet system
- Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1, CIGA1, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of commercial systems and plant rooms
- Clear understanding of compliance and safety standards
- Comfortable working in schools, public spaces, and secure sites
- Full UK driving licence
